Great experience! Blake did an excellent job repairing a leaking water pipe in our basement. He was professional, efficient, and got the repair done quickly. Everything is working properly now and the water supply is back to normal. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him.

Seamless process. Our 28 year old A/C unit made it as long as she could. Southport came in gave us options and installed a new unit the following day.

I had my annual Heat Pump AC checkup today (8/26/26) by Southport. As always, their technician Zach Birkholrz did a thorough and excellent job. Zach is very pleasant and professional and explains the checkup process and results very clearly. And, as a bonus, he gets along with our dog.

Joe Suchla replaced our two outside faucets and main water shut-off today. The rear faucet was only accessible from a basement crawl space, so he installed a secondary shut-off valve in the baseme t so I did not have to enter the crawl space to shut off the faucet in the winter months. He also bought the main water shut-off up to code with a shut-off valve on each side of the meter. Joe arrived on time, performed all plumbing upgrades professionally, kept me informed of the upgrade progress, and cleaned up at the end of the job. We are very pleased with the job Joe did and have always been pleased with the work Southport has done for our plumbing and HVAC needs. We highly recommend Southport.

Travis was awesome, I called on Tuesday afternoon and the issue was fixed by 11am Wednesday morning.

From the time my call to replace my water heater was answered to the time their service van pulled away Southport was responsive and courteous. Henry and Riley were fantastic! They explained every step and answered every question we had. I enthusiastically recommend Southport.

Very quick and professional installation of a new AC unit. Worked with some of my personal reqests which made for a great install.

I have a Shield maintenance agreement with Southport Plumbing Heading and Cooling.

The value for the plan is fantastic! They come out and help maintain your plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Jacob from the HVAC side has come out to my home and has done an excellent job of keeping me aware of what is working well, and what I may need to keep an eye on.

Justan and Nathan from the plumbing side have also come out to my house and did the regular yearly maintenance. They too, do an awesome job of keeping me updated on how the plumbing is within my house.

I also was alerted to the battery being bad for my sump pump backup system and Justan and Nathan installed a new sump pump and a new backup system as well. The timing was impeccable as we faced a power loss for around 24 hours, and the battery was fully charged and the backup sump pump worked while we didn't have power! It was better paying for the backup system than a repair bill for a flooded basement.

To round it out, the office staff, Sarah did a great job helping me coordinate not only the visits for the maintenance, but also helped facilitate the installation of the plumbing work.

I recently had a technician from Southport come out to provide a quote for a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and I was very impressed with the experience. They did a thorough inspection to determine the best fit for my property rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.

Caleb, the representative, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options. He educated me throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood the differences between each system so I could make an informed decision. The customer service was truly superb.

I would definitely recommend Southport to anyone looking for an honest, professional HVAC company. They primarily carry Carrier equipment but they do other options exclusively made by Carrier for Southport as well.

Was having issues with my Generic generator trying to start up and misfiring. Smelled gas. Long story short HVAC team came out and tested all of the gas pipes. Everything tested good..

My entire central air system needed to be replaced. The team that came out was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I had a very short timeframe to get this done and they accommodated everything I needed. I would definitely call them again for any of my future needs.

Vincent Beyer, Service Technician did a great job this morning troubleshooting a DIY Mini-Split Unit that was leaking water inside my garage unit. He fixed the drain hose, cleaned the filters, checked to see the unit was working properly for cooling and heating and insulated a hole. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Got there name from Angi's list.

Phil was our service technician and clearly explained what he was doing to service our HVAC unit and thoroughly answered our questions. We highly recommend him.

Transferred to them, on the spot, the contract to take care and maintenance of our AC, furnace and plumbing.

My sump pump failed during a recent storm and my basement flooded. Southport came out and replaced the sump pump, cracked PVC piping and installed a backup battery with a wifi connection. Our technician Justan was very thorough and even helped set up our wifi connection for the new system. Answered all of our questions and was very polite and professional. Price was slightly expensive ($3100 with discount to sign up for their maintenance program), but the peace of mind to have a dry basement is worth it. It stormed last night, and new sump pump worked perfectly.

Caleb sized my furnace and heat pump correctly and it's a great system but after financing and Installation 2nd floor bedrooms were still hot .. they went above and beyond a dan ductwork from my basement to the 2nd floor to add returns to fix the issues.. so far , so great ... Although it's going to be in the high 80's -90s this week so I'm stress testing the system to see if it's all fixed.. even if it's not they'll work with me .. and all the secondary ductwork was installed at their expense. Not a penny out of pocket.

Nate the office manager is a man of his word and I'll be staying working with Southport Services for quite awhile.

Great experience on updating our HVAC systems to heat pumps/backup furnaces.
Ryan, Oliver, Andrew and Jacob (all installers for Southport) are wonderful, competent, and delightful young folks, who gave great service doing the physical upgrade of 2 older heat/ac systems.

Got a furnace replacement and a/c unit install. Both work great. The hvac techs worked very hard but they were not so thrilled to be doing a full install on a friday. they made it clear by complaining within earshot for the whole 7 hours. I purchased my furnace from Southport and needed service when my AC went out during a storm. Andrew,my service tech was fantastic! He explained everything, got the parts the same day, and had me up and running in no time at all! At his recommendation, I also purchased a surge protector and maintenance agreement so I can rest easier during storms. Thank you Andrew!!

I was referred to Southport by a co-worker. Their staff is super friendly and informed. The sales manager Nate was reasonable to work with. You can probably save a few hundred bucks going with a smaller company with less overhead, but I think the peace of mind that comes along while working with an established company like Southport, is much more important. They got me booked for an instilation appointment within two days of signing a contract! Their technicians were polite and did the best they could at keeping my carpeted basement clear of mud, considering the first few hours they were there was during a rainstorm. Whatever mess they made they cleaned up. The installation took longer then expected (about 10 hours) but there was a lot of work to be done, and the technician thanked me for my patience. He said it's nice to be able to take their time and make sure everything is installed perfectly! All and all, I had a positive experience, and highly recommend using Southport. Friendly and fast service at fair price!

Justan and Luke did a great job on replacing our utility laundry sink and replacing our compression water valves to 1/4 turn valves. They involved us in every step of the process to make sure they were doing it exactly as we wanted it done. Friendly, professional and skilled at what they do!

Jackson came and serviced our air conditioner on Wednesday, and once again he did an outstanding job. He was very thorough in both his work and explanation of what he did. Southport is in excellent hands if all of it’s employees work with the dedication that Jackson does.

I'm on the home maintenance program for plumbing and HVAC. I have been very happy with the service to date. There is always plenty of warning before they arrive and they do their business quickly, professionally, and efficiently. During my last visit they detected two faucet leaks which resulted in two new faucets (covered under lifetime warranty by the manufacturer).

My experience started with a call to Southport for a second look opinion. They were highly recommended. The technician Tyler was able to find and explain the problem/s I was having with my 20 year old furnace and AC unit. He went over my options thoroughly, quickly set up a time for Justin to go over those options with necessary numbers, and the appointment was made for a new furnace and AC. The technicians Max, Diego and Aaron did a fantastic job with removal of my existing system and new installation. They treated me and my home with respect, paying great attention to detail. Max explained the process as they went along, making sure any question I had was answered. Nathan, the sales manager was even kind enough to stop and make sure I was happy with the whole process. The entire staff exceeded my expectations and were so professional, courteous and respectful, which is especially appreciated, as home repairs can be quite stressful. I highly recommend Southport.

The Southport team was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Anthony, Steven and Nick were very helpful. They caught a situation that the pre ious company did not.

Southport responded quickly and effectively in replacing our sump pump on the day of the storm on 4/17/2026 where our lower level of our home flooded. Both Alex and Andy responded. Despite not being on call, Andy responded as a neighbor and ensured that the sump pump got installed himself so that the overflow would stop and damage would be minimized. This included working in the midst of the water at 3am. I suspect the water damage and overall impact would have been exponentially worse if not for Andy’s dedication to solving the problem. I was out of town when this occurred and both my spouse and I are very grateful for Andy and Southport’s prompt emergency response. Approximately a week later we proceeded with installation of a battery backup. Thank you for the service and assistance in mitigating this very stressful and difficult situation.
