Siena on the Lake

Siena Center is a multiyear, multi-phased, renovation of a senior community originating from an ecumenical partnership between the Racine Dominicans and Lincoln Lutheran of Racine. On the shore overlooking Lake Michigan, the project consisted of multiple facilities. Phase 1 consisted of 70 retreat center rooms with conference and retreat space. In addition, there are 64 new residences for the Sisters along with 4 guest rooms. Phase 2 consisted of 32 skilled nursing rooms, 16 skilled rehabilitation rooms, physical and occupational therapy space along with a wellness clinic.

Dickson Hollow

Dickson Hollow is a one-of-a-kind assisted living facility located in Menomonee Falls, WI. This project features 4-story wood, 120-unit senior apartment building. Two Story town center along with an underground garage. A three-story, 60-unit assisted living and memory care apartment building of steel framing. The approximate size is 300,000 square feet of new construction that feature 180 new units.

Springs of Kenosha, WI

Complete plumbing for over 180 two- and three-story residential buildings featuring studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations with contemporary appliances and finishes. The Springs properties also offer fully-featured community clubhouses including fitness centers, meeting and business centers, outdoor pools and gathering spaces.

Olympia Brown Science School in Racine, WI

A one-story, 67,500 square-foot elementary school in Racine County that serves Pre-K through 5th grade with 20 general classrooms and 8 specialty teaching spaces. Located near the shores of Lake Michigan, the school was designed to be a science-focused school where students will get hands-on learning experiences to better prepare them for careers of the future.

Sun Prairie Public Library

Sun Prairie Public Library in Sun Prairie Wisconsin. We are currently installing the plumbing and HVAC of a renovation and a 25,000 square foot addition to the existing library. The renovation portion of the job is projected to begin summer of 2025.

Lake View Technology Academy

We completed the HVAC install of this brand new 48,000 square foot school that specializes in STEM fields and trades education.  We prefabricated the majority of the ductwork as well as the controls for the VAV boxes on this job.

Woodman’s Racine

Woodman’s Racine in Racine Wisconsin.  We are currently installing the HVAC for a brand new 250,000 square foot Woodman’s going up in Racine, Wisconsin. We prefabricated both the spiral and rectangular ductwork.

West Allis DPW

We are currently installing the plumbing and HVAC on a 175,000 square foot brand new municipal building.  We ran BIM coordination for the job resulting in many conflicts between trades alleviated prior to installation.

Summer Ridge Apartments

We completed the design and install of both plumbing and HVAC for a new apartment complex consisting of eight 2-story stacked flats.  We prefabricated all of the underground sanitary piping for this project.

Falls at Pike Creek

The Falls at Pike Creek in Kenosha Wisconsin.  We completed the design and install of a brand 2 new 65 unit apartment buildings.  We prefabricated all of the underground sanitary piping for this project.

Doosan Bobcat

Doosan Bobcat in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. We completed the design and installation of a massive 200,000-square-foot renovation that included 1,800 sprinkler heads. Utilizing our orbital welder, We were able to prefabricate all of the sprinkler piping for this project.

One of the biggest challenges during the installation was completing the work while the plant remained fully operational. Our team worked around and above active machinery throughout the facility, requiring detailed coordination, strict safety measures, and careful scheduling. Through clear communication and proactive planning with plant management, we successfully completed the project safely and on schedule.

Springhill Suites

Springhill Suites in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We completed the fire protection design and installation of a brand new 4 story, 94 unit hotel. We utilized a plastic pipe system for this building.

Mill Creek Academy

We completed the install of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection on this brand new 42,000 square foot school.  Our engineering team utilized 3D drawing software to navigate piping and ductwork through the webbing of wood scissor trusses including the dry sprinkler system.

Waukesha County Technical College

We partnered with Will Surge to begin the decommissioning of the central boiler and chilled water plant at the WCTC campus. This phase of the project included the removal and replacement of 10 boilers, 7 chillers, and 16 pumps across four different buildings. Because the work took place while school was still in session, the project required careful coordination and strict scheduling to keep students, staff, and facilities comfortable throughout construction.

To improve efficiency and minimize disruption on campus, our team coordinated and prefabricated the boiler and chiller plants in the shop, significantly reducing the amount of welding and fabrication required on-site.

Kenosha County

We installed 15 new rooftop units along with a new boiler system designed to serve 121 hot water VAVs, 38 fan-powered VAVs, perimeter baseboard heat, and 72,000 pounds of ductwork. Working in partnership with Kain Energy, we also performed the controls installation for the project. Logistics and coordination were critical to the success of this job. Through detailed planning between our foremen and fabrication shop, we implemented a just-in-time delivery strategy that minimized onsite material handling, improved workflow efficiency, and kept the project moving safely and on schedule.

Walworth County

We removed three existing domestic hot water boilers and installed three new domestic hot water boilers serving the Walworth County Jail. The primary challenge of this project was maintaining uninterrupted hot water service to the facility throughout the installation process. Through careful planning, coordination, and a strategically timed shutdown and tie-in, our team successfully completed the transition without any noticeable drop in water temperature, ensuring continuous operation and comfort for the facility.

Modine Paint Booths

We provided and installed ductwork for two 70’ x 40’ x 25’ paint booths as part of a new production line installation at Modine. Each booth included two 36,000 CFM exhaust fans, two 36,000 CFM make-up air units in the main booth, and two 1,400 CFM mixing room fans. In addition to the ventilation systems, we installed 1,000 feet of 4-inch gas piping across the roof to serve the new paint booth equipment and upgraded the facility’s gas service from 2 PSI to 5 PSI to support the increased demand. Careful coordination and planning allowed the project to be completed efficiently while meeting the requirements of the new production line.

Gateway Technical College

We partnered with Camosy to remodel the 4th and 5th floor bathrooms in the Tech Building at the Racine Campus. One of the primary challenges of the project was coordinating logistics and timing while the school remained operational. The work required shutting down a significant portion of the building to complete the main water tie-ins. Through detailed planning, preparation, and close coordination with the project team, we completed the tie-ins smoothly while minimizing downtime and disruption to the school’s daily operations.

The Westerly

Designed and built the HVAC systems for a multifamily residential project featuring 138 resident rooms and a wide range of amenity spaces, including community rooms, dining areas, and a pool. Collaborated closely with the architectural team to overcome complex design challenges and deliver solutions that met the demands of the building’s diverse occupancy and layout.

Leo at Bristol

Completed the design-build plumbing scope for a large-scale residential development consisting of 168 buildings and 230 total units, along with multiple amenity spaces including a clubhouse, leasing office, pool house, and fitness center. A major project challenge was completing all underground plumbing work before winter conditions set in. We successfully accelerated the schedule by deploying multiple crews simultaneously, allowing underground installations to be completed before frost impacted the ground and keeping the project on track.

Westrock Residences

Led the HVAC design-build scope for a multifamily development consisting of 14 apartment buildings, 267 residential units, and a clubhouse amenity space. Coordinated equipment procurement, logistics, and project scheduling to support efficient installation across all phases of construction. By accepting and staging all equipment upfront, we streamlined deliveries, improved scheduling flexibility, and helped maintain smooth project execution throughout the build.
