Justan was great! He explained exactly what he had to do and what it would cost for each step. I'm on the home maintenance program for plumbing and HVAC. I have been very happy with the service to date. There is always plenty of warning before they arrive and they do their business quickly, professionally, and efficiently. During my last visit they detected two faucet leaks which resulted in two new faucets (covered under lifetime warranty by the manufacturer).

We had a new furnace installed by Southport Home Services and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Adam, was very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and made the process stress-free during an already stressful time.
Our furnace broke, and the very next day the installation team was at our home replacing it. The staff was professional, respectful, and did a fantastic job. Everything was left spotless and looked great when they were done. We even felt completely comfortable leaving for the day while they worked in our home, which says a lot.
